VAT INVOICES POLICIES
Pine Village will issue electronic invoices. The invoice will be sent to the provided email:
Customers requesting an invoice please provide VAT invoice information including:
- Company name
- Tax code
- Company address
You will receive the invoice immediately after receiving the goods at the address hello@pinevillage.com.vn
If customers do not provide invoice information within 12 hours from when the customer receives the goods from the shipping partner, we are not responsible for reissuing the invoice to the customer because the invoice has been issued in the form of “Buyer does not take the invoice”.
