PAYMENT POLYCY

Pine Village currently accepts two forms of payment as follows:

• Cash on delivery (COD) is applied for orders with a value of up to 2,000,000 VND.
• Bank transfer.

After the transfer, our staff will contact you to confirm payment and proceed with delivery. If we have not delivered or responded after the agreed time, please contact our hotline at +84 985 656 708 for assistance.

For orders that have been successfully paid through the bank, if you need to cancel the order and refund the paid money, please contact our customer service department (hotline +84 985 656 708) to request order cancellation and refund of the paid money. You will receive a refund after 2-4 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from the day Pine Village’s customer care department confirms the order cancellation and refund of the paid money.

For customers who need to buy in large quantities, please contact us directly through the hotline +84 985 656 708 to get a reasonable price policy. Payment will be made according to the contract.
