DELIVERY POLICIES

With the desire to serve customers in the best way, Pine Village offers the following delivery methods:

• Customers can buy directly from the company.
• Delivery to customers nationwide is available through the “contact for a quote” option on the Website.

Delivery Time:

Typically, after receiving the order information, we will process the order within 24 hours and respond to the customer about payment and delivery.

• Delivery time is 3-5 working days from the time the order is confirmed.

In some cases, the delivery time may be extended as follows: 

• Our order processing staff cannot confirm the order by phone with the customer.
• Our delivery staff cannot contact the customer multiple times during delivering.
• The delivery address provided by the customer is incomplete, incorrect, or hard to find.
• There are force majeure circumstances such as: natural disasters, floods, fires, etc.

Regarding shipping costs, we use an external shipping service, so the shipping fee will be calculated according to the fee of the shipping units depending on the location and volume of the order. 

When we contact to confirm the order, we will inform the specific fee to the customer.
