RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

With the principle of putting customer benefits first, Pine Village accepts exchanges and returns for all products damaged during transportation, manufacturer defects, or any objective errors that occur with all costs borne by the company.

Return and Exchange Conditions

  • You can exchange or return goods purchased on the website in the following cases:
  • Goods damaged during transportation, respond within 7 days after receiving the goods: Replace new products, free shipping.
  • Goods found to be defective by the manufacturer, respond within 30 days after receiving the goods: Receive back the product with costs borne by Pine Village, replace new products, free shipping or refund 100%.
  • Goods sent are wrong items, quantity, respond within 7 days after receiving the goods: Supplement, free shipping.
  • Customers are allergic to the product, respond within 30 days after receiving the goods: Receive back the product with all costs borne by Pine Village, refund 100%.

Return and Exchange Method

You send back the faulty product according to the “return and exchange conditions” to Pine Village. After receiving the returned product, Pine Village will send back a new product according to the exact product that you returned. In case the product is out of stock, Pine Village’s customer care staff will contact you to discuss each specific case.

Note: For cases where the customer cancels the order, has successfully made a prepayment through the payment gateway or bank transfer: customers will receive a refund after 2-4 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from the day Pine Village receives confirmation of order cancellation and refund request.
